General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
from Pure Horse Training
§1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Pure Horse Training, in particular horse training, lessons, riding, courses and consultations.
§2 Subject of the Contract
The subject of this contract is individual work with the horse and/or horse owner. A specific training outcome is not guaranteed, as this depends significantly on the client's cooperation and the horse's characteristics.
§3 Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
Agreed appointments are binding.
A free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.
In case of later cancellation, the full fee will be charged.
§3a Outdoor training / Weather / Force majeure
Outdoor training sessions may be subject to weather-related restrictions. In cases of extreme weather conditions, illness, force majeure, or safety risks, Pure Horse Training reserves the right to reschedule appointments.
§4 Remuneration
Remuneration is based on the prices individually agreed between Pure Horse Training and the customer.
Payment can be made in cash on site or via PayPal.
§5 Liability
Participation in the training is at your own risk.
The customer is liable for all damages caused by their horse.
Pure Horse Training is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
§6 Health condition of the horse
The customer assures that the horse is healthy, free from contagious diseases and covered by liability insurance.
Any known behavioral problems must be reported before the start of the training.
§7 Duty to cooperate
The client agrees to actively participate in the training and follow instructions. Failure to comply may result in the training being terminated for safety reasons.
§7a Minors
Minors may only participate in the training with the consent of a legal representative.
§8 Copyright
Documents, training concepts and content may not be passed on or reproduced without permission.
§9 Photo and video recordings / Social media use
Photo and video recordings may be made during training sessions, courses or events.
The customer agrees that these recordings may be used by Pure Horse Training for marketing purposes (especially website, social media and advertising materials) unless expressly prohibited in writing.
The customer can object to the use at any time for the future.
§10 Data Protection
Personal data is used exclusively for processing the services and is not passed on to third parties.
§11 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
